Task Board

A task board is now available in the web version of Cerebro.

Track project progress by status directly in your browser. Use the Task Board for daily monitoring and efficient task management.

When commenting on videos or images in Mirada, the text of the comments is now automatically exported into the task message.

There’s no need to copy comments manually — this saves time and keeps all context within the task.

We’ve added server-side webhooks for integrations and process automation. You can now trigger external processes or send notifications to third-party systems when specific events occur — such as task creation, status changes, or new comments.

A special service user type has been introduced for working with the API. This user cannot log in via password but connects to the API using a key. Service users are not counted towards license limits — usage is free.

System Notifications

 You will now receive in-app alerts about upcoming license expirations, freelance packages, and cloud storage limits. These notifications are sent only to administrators, so they can react to changes in time.

All users will also start receiving notifications under the new scheme for local changes — for example, Tentaculo or plugin updates.

Import from Tables

 We’ve expanded the task import tool for spreadsheets. You can now select specific rows to import, and we’ve added three new properties: sketch, task assignment, and attachments.
